India is progressing very well today but still many rural areas 

lack the basic facilities like education, electricity, medical facility,

 proper drinking water facility etc. because of the inability of the 

government to reach these areas for some reasons. Hence 

the Government of India has allowed forming NGOs’ and 

supporting them to do social service for the poor people.

In the word ECHO, 

E= Education, C= Child care, H= Health care, O= Old age care.
